Descripton:
This macro is designed to batch process custom user defined functions. The user will choose
the source directory containing all of their images as well as an output directory to
place the final processed images.
This macro is a skeleton with the intent of having the user write in the code to process
their images. Please see the attached example PDF.
Dependencies:
Download Fiji at http://fiji.sc/
Installation:
1) Open Fiji
2) Plugins > Macros >Run...
3) Choose this text file
