Improve users guide: explain more clearly that RailsBaseURI/RackBaseURI 
can be specified multiple times to deploy multiple apps under the same

Update ApplicationPool algorithm description: wrap the application 
container list into a Domain object. This makes it possible to save all 
kinds of information about an application root, without resorting to using 
extra maps.
