Apparently abstract namespace Unix sockets are only supported on Linux. 
Fallback to regular Unix sockets if abstract namespace sockets are not 
available on the current platform.

Implement the new ApplicationPool algorithm. Restart is not yet supported, 
and the code does not yet pass Valgrind, even though it passes the unit 
tests.

Rename the Jamis template to Horo, we modified it after all. Move it to 
doc/template and modify the Rakefile to use it. RDoc generated by RubyGems 
will now also use this template.
