Fix file descriptor passing on MacOS X x86_64. Passenger now works with 
the default Apache provided by OS X.

Fix website URL in gem specification. Remove dependency on Rails and

Rearrange compiler flags, so that the compiler will use Boost as shipped 
by Passenger instead of the system-wide Boost. This should hopefully fix 
some build problems for some people.
