Fix file descriptor passing on MacOS X x86_64. Passenger now works with

Fix website URL in gem specification. Remove dependency on Rails and

Move 'include Passenger' to inside the Installer class, in order to avoid 
naming clashes with ActiveSupport's Dependency class. Fixes issue #24.

Rearrange compiler flags, so that the compiler will use Boost as shipped 
by Passenger instead of the system-wide Boost. This should hopefully fix 
some build problems for some people.
