The framework spawner timeout argument is accidentally swapped with the

If an application called 'exit' during startup, then show any stderr 
output in the resulting error page, as well as a backtrace.

Implement a high performance mode which bypasses all the module 
compatibility code. Add 'PassengerHighPerformance' configuration option 
for turning this on.

Change the default memory limit from 0 to 200 MB. Most Rails apps use less 
than 50 MB memory, so 200 MB generally indicates that something is wrong.

Add a new configuration option: PassengerMemoryLimit. This allows one to 
specify the maximum amount of memory that an application instance may use. 
An application instance will gracefully exit if it detects that its memory 
usage passed that limit.
