Refactoring: put all the SpawnOptions serialization code into a single 
file, so that every time we add a new spawn option, we don't have to 
search through multiple files.

People say that SO_RCVTIMEO/SO_SNDTIMEO are unreliable, so we use APR's

Implement support for interruptable system calls. This allows the 
ApplicationPoolServerExecutable to exit cleanly, even when threads are

Fix file descriptor passing on 64-bit Linux. The fix for 64-bit OS X broke 
it. Hopefully this time it's fixed for both platforms.
