dmaHD crashes the game while loading on some maps #34

The game will hang at 'loading sound' when particular maps are loaded. This seems to occur regardless of operating system or other non-sound settings. CPU usage can be seen at ~100% on Linux, although this was not observed on Windows 7. A workaround is to disable with \dmahd_enable 0 and restart the game.

To reproduce, run a third party map such as http://fallin-angels.org/q3ut4/ut4_kingsgambit_a9.pk3 on a local or dedicated server with the default settings.

I have not tested yet to see whether it is specific settings of dmaHD that are causing the problem.
