ut_weaptoggle grenade: Grenade toggle won't switch types when both are carried #4

Grenade pick up bug:
Let's say I spawn with a HE nade and then pickup a smoke during the round (or vice-versa), in 4.1 you could switch between both of them by tapping the key you have set for the nades. Now you can't do this. If you pick up a different kind of nade you will be stuck with it unless you drop it so you can use the one you chose.

Make sure a key is bound like the default grenade command:

bind 2 "ut_weaptoggle grenade"

Pick up both types of grenade (or use /give HE Grenade and /give Smoke Grenade). Push 2; the last type you acquired will be activated. Push 2 again; nothing happens, though you would expect to get the other type of grenades.

  • I'm using UrT 4.2.018 on Mac OS X 10.9.2 and on Windows 8.1 update 1.
