09102009:
		Make lig understand draft-ietf-lisp-04.txt packet
		formats as well as 64 bit control plane nonces.

09232009:
		Add the LISP_MAP_RESOLVER environment
		variable. This needs to be the RLOC of a map
		resolver. The -m flag overrides this environment
		variable, and you must specify either
		LISP_MAP_RESOLVER or -m.

09282009:

		Support draft-ietf-lisp-05.txt. Big change was
		that control packets are now sent to UDP/4342 and
		have a encapsulation header. The Encapsulated
