Too long cmd.exe start on new ConEmu version.

Required information!
OS version: Win7 SP0 x64
ConEmu version: 130530

*Bug description*
Too long delay before cmd.exe started: around 5 seconds (previous versions doesn't
have such delay).

*Steps to reproduction*
1. start timer
2. run ConEmu.exe
2. wait for shell prompt
3. stop timer

same problem here, but not only CMD , any shell takes too long to start, this does not
happen with build ConEmuPack.130427 downloaded from Sourceforge.

Lasted version 130530 downloaded from this location is very slow loading shells
