ConEmu version: latest version-130827
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): no

*Bug description*
report IOError when print chinese strings in the python prompt, which works fun in
cmd.exe

*Steps to reproduction*
1.open conemu
2.type command "python"
3.type "print '什么'" in the prompt

Confirmed, there is some problem with ANSI and Chinese. If you don't need ANSI processing,
you may disable it.
