Required information!
OS version: Win7 x64
ConEmu version: 130913
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): No

*Bug description*
The /dir parameter in "Task parameters" stopped working. Instead of opening specified
command in the given directory, it now always uses "C:\Program Files\ConEmu" as the
starting directory.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Create a task that uses the /dir parameter. Specify a valid directory.
2. Open the task from the "plus" dropdown, and then pick the command from the submenu

Note that if you open the task using the "plus" button instead of the drop down next
to it, the /dir parameter is honored.
