Disable fade in effect on startup

Not a bug, just a feature request

*Steps to reproduction*
I prefer my programs to appear instantaneously when I launch an executable. When I
start ConEmu there is a fade-in effect. Is there a way to disable it?

I'm not sure exactly what are you meaning... But why not to use "Find" in the settings
dialog? It is handy and fast...
And you will find "Fade" on the "Colors" page.

Yes I saw that option, but what I mean is when I start ConEmu64.exe, the main window
that appears does NOT appear instantly. Instead it "fades in", meaning it gradually
fades from transparent to opaque. Not sure where or how to disable that.

Sorry I can't really show a screenshot, since this only happens during startup and the
fade effect only lasts one second.
My settings on the "Size & Pos" page are: Windows size=Normal; Alignment=both checkboxes
checked; pad size=0; snap=false

When I start ConEmu the black main console window fades into view, instead of appearing
immediately. Interestingly this fade effect ONLY occurs when I start ConEmu in a regular
window (Window size=Normal). When I start it maximized (Window size=Maximized) the
window appears without the fade as expected.
I am using Windows 8 x64 and have all window animations disabled.

Hmmm. Well, attach two ConEmu.xml files, where fade exists and where not. May be it
will reproduced on my PC.

I just diffed the two files, and the only difference is
<value name="WindowMode" type="dword" data="0000051f"/> (this has the fade - non maximized
window)
<value name="WindowMode" type="dword" data="00000520"/> (this does not have the fade
- maximized window)

You can help to find the problem, if there exists some old build without it. When breaking
change was occurred.

I just tried about a dozen of old builds, and was not able to reproduce it with them
(I still have the same issue with the latest build). Then I thought: Let's try the
latest version again, but a fresh download. I did NOT see the problem there - so it
had to be something with my custom settings. I played around for a while, and was able
to track it down to "Hide caption always" under Main-Appearance-Title bar.
When I check this box (hidden title bar) I have the weird fade-in effect, when I start
ConEmu. The fade-in effect does NOT occur when I am using the regular window chrome.
Can you reproduce now?

Now you can set "Animation time" to "0" to disable animation.
