Left click for Mintty (AKA cygwin) doesn't switch windows and right click only works some times

*Bug description*

*Steps to reproduction*
1.Launch 2 different MinTTy cygwin consoles in the same window in the same tab side
by side.
Task <<C:\cygwin\bin\mintty.exe -i /Cygwin-Terminal.ico ->>
2.Attempt to switch to a different window using the left click. Conemu wont switch
focus to the other window.  Attempting to use the right click will work.
3.Running certain applications from minnty, like vim, removing focous and then trying
to switch back to the console won't work.

This probably should have been titled

looks like this is related to "Issue 943:   Mouse doesn't work in cygwin bash"
It looks like the mouse is working the way it should in VIM, but the active partition
inside of the tab isn't being switched after the click event.  In other words, after
you click on the cygwin terminal, attempting to use the key board still types in the
previous terminal.
