Required information!
OS version: Win2k/WinXP/Vista/Win7/Win8 SP? x86/x64
ConEmu version: 120612

When I press the Win+C key when ConEmu is NOT focused, the window sometimes comes to
the foreground and sometimes doesn't, depending on whether it was minimized or not.

I think it would be better if that key would always activate the window if it wasn't
active, and only minimize it if it was already active.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Start ConEmu
2. Press Win+C (ConEmu will be minimized)
3. Press Win+C (ConEmu will be activated)
4. Press Win+E (Explorer will be launched and activated)
5. Press Win+C (ConEmu will be minimized, but you can't really tell)
6. Press Win+E (Another Explorer will be launched and activated)
7. Press Win+C (ConEmu will be activated)

P.S.: The Win+* hotkey space is getting crowded on Win8, Win+C is taken (might I suggest
Win+S (for "shell")) and the Win+number keys and Win+arrow keys are too, you should
consider changing those to Alt+number and Alt+Arrow.

I'm using Win+` because on my keyboard that's the "tilde" character that is the left-most
key on the number row at the top of the keyboard.

However, what I'd like to see happen is this:

1. Start ConEmu
2. Press Win+` (ConEmu will be minimized)
3. Press Win+` (ConEmu will be activated and restored)
4. Press Win+E (Explorer will be launched and activated)
5. Press Win+` (ConEmu will be activated)
6. Press Win+E (Another Explorer will be launched and activated)
7. Press Win+` (ConEmu will be activated)
8. Press Win+` (ConEmu will be minimized)

You see what I mean, right? I want the key to hide it if it has focus, but activate
it otherwise. Right now if it's not the foreground window, I can't tell what will happen
when I press the key, because I don't know if it's currently minimized or restored.

I was able to get it to behave the way I want by using Quake Mode in the 3rd setting
(because it always hides in that case, so the hotkey always restores it), but I'd like
to be able to leave it visible and still get that hotkey behavior (especially since
when it's hidden, I frequently launch a second copy accidentally -- I have it pinned
in the second position on my taskbar in Windows 7, and when it hides in quake mode
Windows doesn't activate it with the Win+2 key anymore, but launches a new copy instead).
