Required information!
OS version: Win7 SP1 x64
ConEmu version: 120617a x64
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): not using

When giving the /dir command to a powershell console the dir arg is ignored. See attached
image. When the powershell window starts up the dir is D:\Program Files\ConEmu. Console2
can do this so I know it is possible. If /dir is not applicable to powershell the app
should notify the user.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. add /dir "c:\the_dir" to ConEmu arguments for powershell
2. start new powershell task
3. startup dir is not set

First question of FAQ

Q. I found a bug, what should I do?
A. make sure that the bug wasn't fixed in the latest ConEmu version.

Hm?

How did you exactly start new powershell task?

Apparently this is related to Startup. Task {Default} is configured to run on startup.
When it does, it skips the /dir command. Starting a new task {Default} respects the
/dir switch.
