Перестал работать Features -> Frame width
Какие бы цифры не ставил, всегда показывает без окантовки.
Обратил внимание на версии 120830
В версии 120727c все работает нормально.

Фича изменена. Могу убрать )
На самом деле, рамка показывается и ширина настраивается, но винда ее делает тоньше,
чем resizable.
Вообще, желающие могут PadSize настроить, проблемы не вижу.

При PadSize черная рамка становится, ИМХО не очень удобно.
Мне было удобно 1-2 пикселя Frame чтобы на темных фонах границу видеть.
Но и не критично.

Да, чего-то там отвалилось. 1-2 пикселя как раз должно быть... посмотрю
