The current codebase has a separate router and a separate connection interface that expects a complete connection path from 'local' to the target server. Implement SimpleGate#connect_to(target) which finds a route from 'local' to target and then calls SimpleGate#through_to.

Instead of defining all servers in ~/.servers.yml, try to re-use the normal ssh configuration. The YAML file can still be used to override normal ssh options.
