There are more modifications to come - I added this pull request prematurely. They will be in later this morning... |
and one in HPX. The include paths are now explicit, and the apex.hpp in HPX was missing "#pragma once".

There are two minor changes - one is the removal of a duplicate #define, the other is a missing namespace for a spin lock.
