- Adding util::tagged_pair and util::tagged_tuple
- Implement tagged result types for those algorithms for which we already have range based overloads
- Flyby changes to inspect tool
- adding minimal test

- fixing lines exceeding max length - adding commit to generated output - doc strings are not tested for line length violations any more
