Elite indicator hiding broken since 3.2

The toggle option to hide the "golden dragon" elite indicator that was added in 3.1 does not work anymore in 3.2. The elite indicator still shows up.

Castbar shield graphic on uninterruptible casts looks out of place

The "shield" graphic that was added to the nameplate castbars in 3.2 to indicate a non-interruptible cast looks 'broken', seemed like a layering issue at the time. I'll try to get add a screenshot of it as soon as possible.

Actually, it's just that shield graphic seems to push the castbar down quite a bit from the health bar, while interruptible casts look the same as before.
Probably nothing that can be done about it without replacing the actual graphic, which is quite probably out of the scope of this addon, so I'll close this. :)

Feature Request: Castbar shield graphic toggle

It would be nice to have a toggle option similar to the elite indicator toggle to always hide the castbar shield. Maybe this is already outside the scope of this addon, though. =)
