<message>Copied files to import to the Google App Engine.

Source:
http://github.com/Sjors/openstreetmap-route-altitude-profile/tree/master/server
http://svn.openstreetmap.org/sites/other/route-altitude-profile/

I have only copied:
  import-google-app-engine.py
  insert-app-engine.sh

I will not copy myloader.py; the server side of the import script remains where it is.

I assume that some point myload.py will no longer be needed, once we
can talk to the datastore directly.

Sjors
