Changed insert. * Replaced 360 by -360 in the index; file coordintes represent the lower left coordinate, not the upper left coordinate. * Although file name represents lower left coordinate, the first item in the file is actually the top left coordinate. The index of a coordinate is dermined as follows: (-lat0 * 360 + lon0) * 1200 * 1200 + lat1 * 1200 * 1200 + lon1 * 1200 lat0 and lon0 are the latitude and longitude of the top left corner of a tile. lat1 and lon1 are the (decimal) relative latitude and longitude south east of that corner. 0 <= lat0 < 1 && 0 <= lon0 < 1 * Limit tiles to a smaller region: -45 < lat <= -26 and 141 <= lon < 155 or the part of Australia south east of the north eastern corner of South Australia.
