Added default_image_path acessor for setting a placeholder image that

Corrected a typo for local assigns support.  Also removed a superfulous 
call to load_image on the instance variable passed to views.  Thanks 
austinfromboston.

Only use params[:format] is it has a value.  Otherwise use default of 
:jpg.

Added ImageProxy class that is a much cleaner way to call the image 
operators.  An instance of this class, seeded with the master image of a 
record, is yielded in operate blocks.  This allows operators to be 
executed via method missing, without stepping on any of the active record 
method missing magic.

Added more rake tasks to the fleximage:convert namespace.  to_flat and 
to_nested convert your filestore to and from the creation date based 
nested directories.  to_jpg and to_png convert your filestore to JPGs or 
PNGs
