Fixed that an error would sometimes occur on deleting an abstract image 
model.  Also, magic columns are cleared when #delete_image_file is called.

Image file now has a little bit of sanitization when its uploaded.  It's 
converted to RGB and 72 dpi.

Dont complain about no place to save images if default image have been 
declared.  This allows models to render images that are not based on an 
uploaded image.

Added default_image option that allows you to use a default image defined 
by a size and optional fill color.  So instead of referencing a static 
image, you can use a '320x240' solid red image instead.

Added branch for rails 1.2 compatibility.  View handler now inherits form 
the new ActionView::TemplateHandler class to make things nice and DRY.

Only use params[:format] is it has a value.  Otherwise use default of
