Fixed that an error would sometimes occur on deleting an abstract image 
model.  Also, magic columns are cleared when #delete_image_file is called.

Image file now has a little bit of sanitization when its uploaded.  It's 
converted to RGB and 72 dpi.

Added default_image option that allows you to use a default image defined 
by a size and optional fill color.  So instead of referencing a static 
image, you can use a '320x240' solid red image instead.

ImageProxy#method_missing no longer directly executes operators.  Instead, 
it defines a method for that operator, then immediately calls that method. 
 Future calls for that operator are now handled by the ruby method, not 
method missing.  This keeps the dynamic ruby metaprogramming mumbo jumbo 
to only the first time you call an operator, and from then on its as as 
fast as calling a standard ruby method.

Tests are now runnable via "rake test:plugins" from application 
root that the plugin is installed in.  "rake" or "rake 
test" still work to run tests form the plugin root as well.
