Fixed embarrasing bug where image_file_temp=('') would overwrite 
@image_file_temp making it forget what was just uploaded.

Added default_image_path acessor for setting a placeholder image that

Corrected a typo for local assigns support.  Also removed a superfulous 
call to load_image on the instance variable passed to views.  Thanks

Only use params[:format] is it has a value.  Otherwise use default of 
:jpg.
