cpan/Test-Simple/t/Legacy/subtest/plan.t and
cpan/Test-Simple/t/Test2/behavior/Subtest_plan.t

These tests are in the repo. Neither MANIFEST.SKIP nor dist.ini appear to block them for any reason. They never make it into the tarball on releases.

hmm, removing MANIFEST.SKIP solves the problem, so I will go through it line by line to figure out which line causes the problem..

Is the cause, because regex.
