Added methods to coalesce statistics between two samplers and between two 
trackers. Trackers can now be created in threadsafe mode or non-threadsafe 
mode. The non-threadsafe mode will run a little bit faster than the 
threadsafe mode.

Adding a simple statistics tracking package to the logging gem. This 
allows for simple statistics and timing information to be gathered and 
logged at a fixed interval. Logging will now use the fastthread library if 
it is available.

Fixed a bug dealing with anonymous classes and meta-classes. They would 
not return a valid logger name since the "name" method always returns the 
empty string for these beasties.

Added a method to dump the current logging configuration. This is useful 
to see which appenders will be used by which loggers, the flow of log 
messages, who is additive or not, etc.

Added a _setup method to encapsulate the creation of the internal logger 
to the Logger class. Don't have to worry about instantiation variables in 
more than one file.

Fixed a bug in the creation of the internal Logging logger. The creation 
has been moved into the Repository initialization to prevent unintended 
level defitions. Leaving the logger creation at the end of the main 
logging code would automatically define the default five logging levels, 
thus, preventing the user from creating their own logging levels.

Added some internal logging statements that are disabled by default. To 
enable these, the 'Logging' logger needs to have some appenders and a 
level.

Setting the log level of a parent logger will cause this logger to 
propagate to all the children unless the child has it's own level 
explicitly set already; then that child is skipped. This is a recursive 
function so eventually all the grand-children, etc will be modified, too.
