Added colorization to the webby output and simplified the output messages. 
When building a site, the standard logging goobers no longer appear. The 
action being taken for the file is colorized if the "facets" gem is 
installed.

Updated the paginator to respect the global "page per directory" flag that 
can be set. When paginating the output files will end up in directories 
like "foo/bar/2/index.html" instead of "foo/bar/index2.html"

Added the ability to generate multiple output files from a single page. 
The page must have more than one YAML data section at the top of the file. 
Each YAML section corresponds to one output file. Hence, a page can be 
rendered twice using different filters for each rendering. The only caveat 
is that each YAML section must specify a unique output destination, 
otherwise they will all overwrite one another.

Fixed a bug where the extension of a file was not being preserved when 
creating new pages. So the user would want to create a page called 
"foobar.haml" but it would end up being created as "foobar.txt".

Adding tests for pagination and reworked how page numbering takes place 
during pagination. This code is much cleaner with all the page numbering 
logic / information being held in the paginator object (as opposed to the 
wonky "number" methods in the resource Page class).

Removing the "destination" meta-data item and replacing it with 
"directory", "filename", and "extension". The destinaion is now built from 
these three items (as is the URL).

Removed the internal File class and replaced its functionality with a much 
simpler MetaFile class. The new name also dramatically reduces the amount 
of confusion with ruby's File class.

This is the first step in splitting out the generate functionality from 
the webby command line app into its own command line app, webby-gen. This 
will be a little less confusing, and it should help the documentation to 
be more straightforward. Now using Ara's main gem for the command line 
parsing.
