Fixing the TeX to image conversion routine so that it works with 
ImageMagick 6.4  Something broke with the 6.4 release, and so I had to 
futz with the convert command till I got it working again. I have no idea 
if this is backwards compatible with ImageMagick 6.3

Running the "webby gen" command in an existing webby site no longer 
requires an explicit "." on the command line. The webby command is smart 
enough to figure out if the current directory lookds like a webby site.

Using the "rdiscount" gem for markdown filtering. This replaces the much 
aged BlueCloth dependency.

Made the error message for unknown filters a little nicer -- this one 
makes it clear that the filter is the ruby nil object.

Layout files can now be found in subdirectories of the layouts folder. You 
reference them by specifying the relative path from the layouts folder -- 
"foo/bar/baz" will use the "baz" layout in the "layouts/foo/bar" folder.
