Fixed the highlighter and got the parser to parse most of the common structure definitions

Added parsing for package, outer options and message skeleton defenitions.

Refactored the code to be based on the clojure plugin - http://code.google.com/p/clojure-intellij-plugin/

added instructions on how to generate the Lexer from the flex grammar file
