Ordering contexts now takes the (optional) subject string into account

Including the context's subject in the output of ReSharper unit test windows. This will not work correctly on ReSharper 4.5 when the SubjectAttribute overloads taking a type are used (i. e. [Subject(typeof(SomeType))]). Upgrading to ReSharper 5.0 should resolve the issue.
