This project requires the following plugins which are not checked in into VCS:

- Modalbox plugin
- RichUI plugin
- Feeds plugin
- Avatar plugin
- Mail plugin
- Testing plugin
- Quartz plugin
- easyB plugin

After fresh checkout from VCS, run the following commands to install the above mentioned plugins:

'grails upgrade'
'grails install-plugin feeds'
'grails install-plugin modalbox'
'grails install-plugin richui'
'grails install-plugin avatar'
'grails install-plugin mail'
'grails install-plugin testing'
'grails install-plugin quartz'
'grails install-plugin http://easyb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/easyb-plugins/grails-plugin/grails-easybtest-0.1.zip'

Also change the email related settings in Config.groovy
