Display the "last updated" field value when showing a club. Users should see this information in order to help them decide whether or not a club might still be in operation.

Add a link in the club display that allows users to provide information about a club without logging in. It should just link to a form that allows them to enter a message about the club.

The system should keep track of which club the message is about, and send the message in an email to a configurable account.

Add a link to the listing that allows users to indicate that they wish to claim a listing so that they own future edits to the listing.

If the current logged in user is activated (ie, they clicked the link in their email), and their email address matches one of the contact emails for the club, and there is currently no owner, then they should automatically become the owner of the club. Otherwise, the system should send an email to the site administrator list with information about who is requesting to own which club.

Make the submission a form button to make sure search engines and browser plugins won't follow the link.
