Do we still want buildah as well? They are pretty much the same. I'd be actually in favor of s/buildah/podman/.

This issue is on-hold: we need to wait for ansible to ship podman conn plugin, which may take some time.

Ansible 2.8 is now out and I'm working on adding support for buildah in conu so that bender would support all 3 container engines: buildah, podman, docker
