Required reference properties now work correctly. The backup process is now 1 pass and supports required reference properties. The order of the models in the settings file is important and should mirror the order of the model classes in the source code. Had to add a setting for the application name to the Gaebar settings since reading the app name from app.yaml doesn't appear to work from the deployment environment. Parameterized the application name in the backups. App name is now passed in the restore.
