Keeping track of your time

Timekeeper is yet another attempt to “timesheets made easy”.

Create a yml file ‘timekeeper.yml’ containing:

db_path: . # the place where you want to store your tokyo cabinet files
name: koen # your name, a file called 'koen-time.tct' will be created
team: [koen, tom] # your team-members # everyone will get his own '*-time.tct' file

Usage

More

tk --help

View stored entries

More

tv --help

TODO

A lot. But first of all, more query options

Note on Patches/Pull Requests

  • Fork the project.

  • Make your feature addition or bug fix.

  • Add tests for it. This is important so I don’t break it in a future version unintentionally.

  • Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)

  • Send me a pull request. Bonus points for topic branches.
