added test that fails when engines creates duplicated, nested, file 
structure.  This redundant file structure is harmless on *nix but causes 
engines to fail on Windows.

To play nice with exception_notification, we should either respect the 
existing view load paths or (not implemented) add any directories in 
plugins called 'views' to the view load path.

Migrate the test application before running tests (edge rails seems to 
need this to be happy, but it's generally a sound idea).

Since rails tracks *all* the migrated migrations now, we need to simulate 
that for the legacy numeric migrations we're using at the moment. So, find 
the current version and then create an array from 1 up to that number.

[#3] resolve_args in Rake 0.8.1 returns a triplet [task_name, 
arg_name_list, prerequisites] so we should assign deps to the final 
element in the array, not the second

The test application schema was vestigial (we don't test those models 
anymore), so can safely be removed.

Components are only loaded if the components directory is present in the 
application, and in our test app, they are not.

It looks like view paths need to be 'processed' before they can be used. 
The new ActionView::TemplateFinder class is nice, but doesn't let us 
aribtrarily insert parts just before the default path, so we cant use 
append/prepend_view_path at the moment.

Fixed bug in ActionMailer extentions to work with the new TemplateFinder 
class. This could do with a more thorough consideration, but time does not 
permit that at the moment.

Fixed migration to integrate with time-stamped migrations in edge rails 
(http://dev.rubyonrails.org/changeset/9244). The new behaviour in rails 
includes a helper which can replace the wrapped_table_name extension, so 
we don't need that anymore.
