Since rails tracks *all* the migrated migrations now, we need to simulate that for the legacy numeric migrations we're using at the moment. It looks like view paths need to be 'processed' before they can be used. Fixed migration to integrate with time-stamped migrations in edge rails (http://dev.rubyonrails.org/changeset/9244).
