This daemon provides location information based on the GSM cell info, it uses
the FreeSmartPhone.org infrastructure to get the GSM cell information.

The daemon also collects information by using FSO and Gypsy to correlate GSM
location information when the GPS is on and in this way automatically collects
and uploads information for everyones benefit.
