AutoIncrement

This is a plugin for rails of setting DB auto_increment number.
DB auto_increment number is a initial number of id.

Example
=======
entry = Entry.create  # entry.id == 1

Entry.auto_increment = 100

entry = Entry.create  # entry.id == 101
entry = Entry.create  # entry.id == 102
entry = Entry.create  # entry.id == 103

Entry.auto_increment = 200

entry = Entry.create  # entry.id == 201
entry = Entry.create  # entry.id == 202
