• Revamping the Guides

    In an effort to make everyone’s Git and GitHub experience a little easier, we’re currently working on overhauling our guides. The first step was to replace the existing guides homepage that just listed all of the guides to a page with much more organization. Thanks goes out to Tekkub for spearheading the effort.

    Stay tuned as we’re currently working on a much larger Git resource site that should ease the pain of beginners and advanced Git folk alike.

      How about just some nice linking to http://git-scm.com? The site looks great and Scott put some good effort into the site. Generally, I just check the manuals first, and then Scott second. Granted, Github is a business (a great one, at that) and should provide their own resources, I suppose.

      @davidwparker we’re big fans of what Scott’s doing and there will be some tighter integration with that site in the future.
