Implemented the history for the back and forward buttons. The history is stored in a doubly-linked list with a pointer to the current entry. Each entry contains the filename and revision. Added two response buttons to the GitCommitDialog. One is the stock close button and the other is used to cause the main window to annotate the selected revision. The main window now listens for the response signal. The link button widget contains a reference to a commit which is used as the text for the button.
