Add the regression test apps to the INSTALLED_APPS, add some more meat to

Added in save, delete, update methods on the object but they are still not 
working.  Need to look into it.  Cleaned up some unnecessary imports.

Moved around engine, session and metadata creation to clean things up and 
make then a bit more logical. There is one very odd bug preventing 
django_sqlalchemy to provide a better interface to the engine, session and 
metadata. Ask me about it ;)
