When a join is eager loaded it is more than an array of ids, so we loop over the results from the join call and find the primary value from each row.

initial static render function. should be callable from anywhere, but mostly would only get called from inside an existing view. with the exception of the entry point from the application, which would call a render on the layout.

moved multilevel sniffing up to the folders instead of being attached to the identifier. this way they can override and each one can be checked. this change we might want to include even if recursive rendering doesn't pan out.

changed name of controller_model, was a bit confusing :) changed entry point to rest of code from coreapplication from controller to template render of layout. this may have been my mistake, since different layouts wouldn't be able to be defined in different actions. will revise.
