Change cMVAv2 range in DQM to [-1,1]
After PR#11685, the output of the cMVAv2 discriminator
will be between -1 and 1 so default bTagGenericAnalysis configuration should not be used.
This PR adds a configuration parameters for discriminators with output range [-1,1], named bTagSymmetricAnalysis and changes bTagCommon to use it as default for cMVAv2.
I have verified that everything works as expected using runTheMatrix.py.
