updating SUSY HLT DQM config for lep+HT triggers

The SUSY HLT DQM config is updated to include new paths:
HLT_Ele15_IsoVVVL_PFHT400_PFMET50
HLT_Ele15_IsoVVVL_PFHT400
HLT_Ele50_IsoVVVL_PFHT400
HLT_Mu15_IsoVVVL_PFHT400_PFMET50
HLT_Mu15_IsoVVVL_PFHT400
HLT_Mu50_IsoVVVL_PFHT400

This is the 80X version corresponding to #14393

A new Pull Request was created by @olivito (Dominick Olivito) for CMSSW_8_0_X.

It involves the following packages:

HLTriggerOffline/SUSYBSM
