Changes to online DT DQM

Summary of changes:

• New plots added for IN-OUT differences coming out from TwinMux
• DDU plots completely removed due to switching to TwinMux
• Removed Data_SM and FEDIntegrity_EvF empty folders: info saved on 00-DataIntegrity
• Layouts additions: added Out plots in addition to the default In plots in TriggerSynch, TriggerBasics and TriggerPosLUTs
• Change colours in DataIntegritySummary plot and definition to reflect only ROB errors:
• Folder 04-LocalTrigger-DDU removed

I'm afraid this crash is not related to my changes, the module which produced the crash (Module: TrackingMonitor) is not being used by DT.
This PR has been sucessfully merged in P5 by DQM crew.
